What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Would love to have conversations with others who have had dealings with this court. 

I'm currently wholesaling in rough areas.Example -S ChicagoCollege Park (Atlanta) Orange Mound (Memphis) What are some other areas weshould look in?

I am hoping to find a lender to build a long term relationship with and purchase roughly 25 properties in the next 4-5 years but am having trouble finding a bank in the area that works with out of state investors. 

This is a very nice place that brings 15K-20K a month in the summer.  

You will also find hard to refinance it (lower interest rate expectations in future) if you are not in the US.

This allows the investor to benefit from future buying opportunities in the REIT without triggering any capital gains or depreciation recapture tax events.

I have been doing research into this but so far have not been able to be fully sure of this.

You are AT LEAST 10X more likely to do something personally to get yourself sued than your property is.

Google search gives me these super wide ranges and mostly talking about adding a bedroom in a SFH, which I'm not sure if applicable to this situation of "moving/subtracting a bedroom from one unit and add it to another unit in a duplex".
