If primary you’re going to promise to move in with 60 days.

Don’t promise to give more than you can, and don’t give less without justification. 

Ask what types of homes and ares are most promising.

I have been getting 10+ emails a day from fake lenders just like this (one of them was actually Britz Finance Inc).

Be wary of realtors that promise you the world, working with investors is very demanding so it takes the right person.

If you will be paying, be careful of betting on appreciation as nothing is promised.
