Hello,A job relocation to San Francisco CA early this year is making me ponder if I should be selling my owner occupied duplex in Jersey City and buy something in Berkeley CA due to its proximity to San Francisco and has some fairly decent schools  for my kids and also UC Berkeley .The low  2.5% interest rate on the Jersey City property turned into a golden chain but I think I am done with managing tenants and property and would like to get more into an Equity play.

I'm interested in creating more notes this way - buy all cash, rehab, refi-cash-out, and wrap.

They are two different methods and there is a ton of content out there on both.Seller financing - the seller basically becomes the bank.

We’ve always had the intention of cash out refinancing into another property once the time was right.  

Just curious if anyone has had experience with this specifically in Mexico. 

Any land that is worth $50k an acre is way to valuable to donate.

I came across crowdfunding as a opinion and seen that GoFundMe is one of the biggest crowdfunding platforms. is this a good way  to raise the starting capital for my first rental property , if not what did you guys do for starting capital ?

Its also classic and never goes out of style.

This is my second duplex and I do not have experience renting to someone in this situation.

Consider this a win even if they are skipping out on the termination fee.
