Hello Lovely and Helpful BiggerPockets Community,I'm currently looking to nail down my process (website by website, click by click) on analyzing Comps of a subject property so I can get an educated estimated ARV.Can anyone share their process or perhaps point me to an educational video on the best way to go about this?

What is the best way of analyzing a market?

You're doing the right thing by getting practice in, analyzing deals, and building your network.

Its easy to waste a year or more analyzing as much as you can without actually taking any action.
