Kind of like a Youtube video, but more professional.

Cleaner, no SEC regs and a lot less paper work overall and no taxes.That is if it is for a charitable purpose rather than profit.I personally vote for this idea as it gives this group a powerful platform to do good things at a time when few people are in a position to do so.I am happy to help with formation.

Go to craigslist, Philippines, Manila - Post in the 'jobs' or 'gig' section and have a simple 'squeeze page' made (so you can capture name, phone, and email) and make a video of yourself that says you have access to properties before they come on the MLS, deals from banks, short sales, etc (or something else of high value to buyers/investors).

I have done mine to reflect with video and being a real estate agent.The service they provide are super valuable to me.
