Time is my most valuable asset, want to have a casual meeting monthly where we discuss pain points and solutions.  

The other thing I would love to get the chance to do is visit and shadow a company that is already doing what I want to do and to see their systems and processes at work so I can better articulate my vision and have something to strive for. at this point EOS is a theory that I know people use but I think it would be so valuable to see it at work within a business.

Getting a cheap contract is far less valuable than knowing someone you can turn to when an unexpected issue arises.

Hi Nadir, I choose not to manage properties because my time is more valuable spent on other aspects of my business that will make me more money.

If the dollar crashed, real property becomes more valuable.

S Corp is valuable when you have active income subject to SE taxes and you can classify yourself as doing a “low salary” position .I think as you have surmised, the LLC (s Corp or not) does not provide any tax advantage.
