Are their listings detailed with good quality photos?

If you do not publish the exterior photos of your home nor have an easily identifiable profile name, nor tell your neighbors, it takes some investigation for your neighbors or the township to find out if you are airbnbing your property.

We'll be taking a look at things in person soon but hopefully the exterior will look in decent conditions as the photos seem to show.

You should require drivers license photo, and address, and information from this person before they rent, treat it as if Airbnb does not exist.
