I want to take the courses for self knowledge so that I can "eyeball" properties in person and online and come up with an informed appraisal for it.Additionally, the main reason I want to do this is for comps and ultimately deal making.

Ultimately I would love to find a mentor in my area that has already garnered some experience in real estate investing (not specifically reheating a mentor as against BP rules but it is a goal of mine nonetheless).

Also, don't forget your local PM is ultimately the one that is going to be dealing with the tenants & neighborhood.I always suggest getting input from the PM before looking to hard at an area or property.

I agree they have rights and such and I want to just be respectful to all my tenants in general but they've disrespected me multiple times and ultimately I'm trying to protect my GFs property in whatever best way possible.
