I'd start by searching the forums here for "section 8" related threads.

For house hacking I’d maybe start at the more pricier markets or fringe markets where you can get something beat up, fix and flip and sell for higher.

I understand why this is the case and truly respect those who spend the time and effort into calling, contacting, and convincing owners or already have strong broker relationships.

I did start with lower prices to be competitive and get reviews at first.

It even spurned me to start my own group which expanded into 5 states, 6 cities, and over 8,000 members.

I’m just getting started with them.

If you know where you are going, you should start saving for that market now instead.

I recently bought a flip house and upon starting on the house I was shocked when we had no water.The neighbor of the property was sharing his well with the house, he and the deceased owner had a verbal agreement, nothing was filed. 

Obviously, the Margaritaville Brand is very strong and they have great amenities, but is it universally appealing so you attract as wide a demographic audience.

It is for all stages of business including Start Ups, if you’re In the Growth and Development stage, and even if you’re winding down and working towards selling/retiring.
