Once that is fixed everything else falls into place.

Cleveland is a big place and not every area can do OK with a STR.Go hit up Airbnb and VRBO and search on the area right around your place.

I want to start investing in real estate but before i can start my journey, i have to prepare.

Sam Wegert's podcast episode about Co-Living investing inspired me to setup a BP account and seek more information.After looking at my local occupancy laws in and around Nashville, I'm finding that most places are not allowing more than three unrelated occupants per house.

Great place to live and would certainly recommend, but the inventory here is tough as most investors are holding.

So, if you haven't investigated things already with the city you may want to start there.
