Hello all,Anyone have any recommendations for banks that are still opening HELOCs on investment properties.

My properties are Class C properties.

I checked with the state and the state will not allow utilities to be ran underwater to the property across the lake.

To add to this, a lot of Wholesalers or agents from New Western deal specifically with lower class Real Estate, because like Stuart mentioned it is the lowest barrier to entry and typically easier to convince sellers of that property class to sell under their conditions. 

As interest rates climb, how are Texas buyers adjusting their strategies to secure property?

I did  Zillow searches on properties  in Dyberry Township  under two acres a) sold and b) for sale. 

You build the second property and what does the lender do?  

I am near retirement from the 9-5 and would like to diversify into rental properties.

Since you're focusing on Worcester, try pulling up some local property listings and practice running the numbers on them.
