Hi @Vick Galu - You have a few options:1) You can send a letter to the owner as your first attempt to communicate - you can find the owner's address at gis.hicentral.com,2) You can try to find their phone number via a skip tracing service like Intelius or PeopleSearch3) You can knock on the door and ask the owners if they're interested in selling, or4) You can hand off the information to an experienced investor as you mentioned who will choose one of the above options.If you have any more questions, just keep asking - If you find something, let me know :)

I'm not real familiar with it, but from my understanding you can skip paying taxes on a sell if you're using that money to purchase another property... perhaps someone more familiar can chime in on that.
