IndyMac has transferred to another bank in 2009 which was purchased by another bank in 2014.

After the negotiation, (assuming your paying cash) in terms of paperwork and contracts and title transfer and so on, for a person that has only done deals with an agent, who would you say  should take care of that (ex. attourney, agent, cpa, me?)

When you are ready to assign the contract to your buyer you fill out an assignment of contract form (typically one or 2 pages long) and that document is what transfers your place in the contract to the investor/ buyer.

The other option would be transferring % of the LLC to yourself. 

I work in pharmaceutical sales which affords me a decent pay and flexible schedule and I truly enjoy it so my properties will be passive income which will further support my family.My parents have a college rental at the University of Dayton which does very nice and I like the idea of that model as a fairly safe and reliable source of passive income.

If there are tenants in there, you also need to have the deposits transferred to you and make sure the rent is deposited to your account depending on when you close.

She wouldn't return my calls or emails, and I couldn't get her to guarantee the lot rent agreements because "lot rental agreements don't transfer with property ownership".

Hey Bigger Pockets,One of my 2020 goals is to open and transfer my properties to few LLC's. 

Not sure if this is just the pessimist in me or just making sure i dont screw myself over in the future...but what is the deal with tax transfers in PA?
