There was a period of time during the recession that within a mile radius +/- of my office there was about 1 million sq. ft. of vacant office space and there has never been a time in the last 25 years that the vacancy in the area (at least to my knowledge) has ever been lower than about 15%.Of course, I don't have a clue about the Denver market but you owe it to yourself to carefully analyze it.
