Perhaps your investor should post here himself to get a less biased view.

Sure would like to see more posts on BP regarding Industrial investments, especially Northern California.

You can also replace the temporary construction posts with permanent support, but you will have to cut the floor at least 24x24 and pour a concrete footing before setting a new post on top. 

If I stopped posting today, I would continue to earn income for the foreseeable future (possibly forever) but it would slowly taper off and get lower and lower every month as my videos get older and less relevant.

@Ryan NunyaYou are correct that short-term rentals are a different animal for tax purposes than purely "rental" income as noted in the original post. 

@Kevin Kim I initially post the ad about the unit and get prospective tenants to fill out my application prior to setting up showings.

She probably read some blog post or website talking about mold and immediately jumped to the conclusion that it was the source of her problems. 

Assuming what you've posted is true, this person is seriously mentally unstable.
