That said, if you have a loan product with an interest only component that flips to a fully amortized rate, yeah, there is a direct correlation to default.

One should never put out a sub standard product and expect anything but a sub standard tenant.

The standard is that the property you sell you must have owned as an investment and you must be purchasing the new property with the intent to hold for productive use. 

I’m just not a fan of stucco, but once the foundation is fixed any product is fine.
