Can I get the police involved?

If anyone gets arrested or police have a disturbance at that address, the office usually knows before I do and they will make them come into a hearing.

These were my impressions:Teachers, police officers, firefighters and I believe preachers are offered participation in the program in order to improve the neighborhood.

I would love to ban smoking in my units but I don't have the man power to police this and more than half my tenants smoke.

They have had it with riots, looting, and defund the police. 

An example is an independent inspector, real estate agent, other investors in that area, and call the police station for that area. 

They defunded the police in NYC, and as a result, homicide has increased by 400%.

However, that very likely means a "party house" with more cleanup, pool maintenance, risk, and headaches from neighbors calling the police or you to complain about the noise and drunk people in their neighborhoods.

The 12 unit has the most turnovers, the most police visits, the most headaches to deal with, (fighting tenants).
