If you are building to sell and your profit margins are higher for the larger units, that may be a good argument for building bigger.My rentals are in central and east Phoenix, so we have a lot of young professionals and small families we rent to. 

I don't care about keeping the business account at this point.  

However, this must be paired with a dedicated and robust negative keyword strategy to prevent your ads from appearing for keywords that ARE NOT RELEVANT to your investing business.For the sake of this example have a look at this attached picture below:In this picture you can see that this ad shows up on the keyword “House for sale near me…” which is not something a seller would search for (not to mention a distressed seller).

It looks to me like you would be essentially giving WWC a loan to be paid back through the property's earnings or a refy or a sale...and then you would get 65% of all proceeds after you get your invested capital back...Most syndications I have seen, the sponsors offers a preferred return (6-8%) on the investors' capital until the capital gets repaid in full.
