In other words, if you buy with true cash (meaning not hard money, no lien was put on the property at purchase, etc), then you can get a mortgage for up to six months after closing based on the purchase scenario (basically a cashout refi).

If it's not in writing, it's unlikely to be true.Even if true, the seller didn't disclose it, so their ethics are questionable.

And qe are open to any state in the US.  

Every system you try will have flaws, or you may salivate over a feature that appears in other software.Some familiar names are mentioned frequently: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend conducting thorough research on each app online to understand their offerings, pricing, etc.

Small units in single count are expensive development.  

It lets you learn the ins and outs of maintaining a house without worrying about tenants.
