It has about the first half of 2015 as well, but it quit updating in June 2015 for unknown reasons.Assuming the 5401 Wabash address is accurate, and looking within about 5 blocks...2012: 5 people killed: 5 blocks west, 5 blocks south, 4 blocks southwest, 5 blocks northwest.2013: 4 people killed: 3 blocks west, 1 block south, 5 blocks northeast2014: No people killed (2014 was pretty low in most parts of KC)Several local police departments, including the KC MO police, have their own crime mapping, but they only go to their city limits.

I just spotted this in the Washington Post-"DC Housing department will hold free rental law seminar- The DC Department of Housing and Community Development is having a free seminar on District housing and rental laws from 10am to 1pm Saturday at the Housing Resource Center, 1800 Martin Luther King Jr Ave SE.

Deutsche Bank had only ONE department to deal with inquiries from any property they are a trustee of.- The only way they will respond to inquiries (since they don't do so over the phone) is to mail or fax them a copy of deed (acquired online depending on your state) and a letter stating your intentions for the property.

read the meter yourself, call the water department with the reading and let them know they made a mistake, talk to your councilperson for help.The water dept. make lots of mistakes.

Hello Brian: I suggest you file a complaint with Department of State- once they get this complaint; they will have no other option but to respond to your requests; otherwise they can end up loosing their license.

One PM I knew one day just took two months of collected rents and all deposits to the tune of well over 300k and took off.. he was ultimately caught and jailed but did no good for all the folks that lost money.This is why in my mind its critical that RE departments in each state are the over see r's they are used to trust account violations. and they are best suited to handle these bad companies.

C21 has a property management department, something I'm mildly interested in, KW does not.It's hard to tell which one I would make more money at.
