Take a listen.

We have terrific credit, too.I'm a huge fan of the podcast:  I've listened to episodes 1-159 over the past 2-3 months or so.  

However, I do spend a ton of time on BP (hour a day at least) and have also listened to over 100 podcasts.

It's definitely worth the listen and completely changed how I look at equity.

I've been listening to bigger pockets for almost two years now and should have enrolled a long time ago but I've been scared I don't even know why.I've been on a reading overdose for the past two years from rich dad poor dad to the automatic millionaire.

I listen to the podcast and I hear Josh and Brandon admit times when they themselves rehabbed past the market standard.

Does anybody else listen to Bigger Pocket podcasts on their morning drive and have to pull over to write down ideas?

I am working my way through the backlog of BiggerPockets podcasts (by my Evernote notebook count I have listened to 35) and have been taking notes almost constantly while listening.

You should probably talk with the HOA president to understand all of the above items.There are numerous other HOA headaches, but all minor and not worth mentioning here.Generally, I find condos are not as good as single family both in terms of cash flow and total return.
