I have no affiliation with the big orange retailer and I often DIY things like dishwasher installation but I went to pick up a replacement for a broken unit at one of my rental homes and found a sale going on for the dishwasher (a decent whirlpool) for $348 and the delivery and install is just $49 right now.

Many of them are distress hse and the value are not true priceGenerally are would there be benefit in buying from wholesale and complete repair rather than buying retail?

I massively underestimated how much learning there is to do in the note space.

The house is about to go on the market for retail sale.  

Not keeping me away.. ...But for my grand kids I am buying them property on the east side of the Cascades  LOL.I don't think global warming will affect me in my life time but future generations if it happens will for sure.and if it means building walls then we will have to divert money from the military to build them I suspect as they would be the massive flood projects like were done in the early part of 1900's  IE the missisippi river deltas...

With the storage units being a retail environment I have a good idea how to valuate that side of the property, but not sure what to add in for the house.

If you are looking to sell pretty houses to primarily retail buyers, I'm not in a great position to offer you advice.I have worked with professionals that drive fancy cars and flaunt them, but they don't have a clue what they need to do as a professional.
