So in February or March of 2004 I bought the Carleton Sheets Real Estate Education Kit.

It's a 2 bed over 1 bed duplex that has been rented by a mother and daughter since March 1st of 2013.The inspection of the structure is of no concern to me.

They are asking $78,000 and it looks like it was transferred to HUD in march for $70,000.

To answer an earlier question, I teach Band at the MS level.

Debts are car loan which I got back in March which is $350/month.
