The downtown area draws many visitors, as does Lackland Air Force Base (out-of-town family members attending weekly basic training graduations) and the universities.

When I am training a new agent I love asking questions and understanding more about them to find their unfair advantage.

Personally, I don't think either of those technologies are even remotely ready to replace traditional wood framed houses yet... traditional framed houses are fast, cheap, simple, durable (if built correctly and well maintained), easy to modify/remodel, all of the trades are already trained to work on them, etc.

Also recommend you search out some sort of training. 

My beef with STR is that although you might get 30% more in revenue, it is eaten up quickly because of utilities, internet, Netflix, laundry, Airbnb processing fees, etc.
