This includes not just insurance, but also corporate structure and trusts.

I am looking for a personal umbrella policy which should cover more than 2 states.

Price is 210000 taxes are 2100 insurance is 1400 vacancy should be 1 to 2 percent .

I called the VA and was told there is not such a policy on there side.

Whenever I need a contractor, I just do a search in the group--of course, I still verify with the person that recommended them and my own vetting process which includes a CCAP/License (if applicable to job) and insurance check. 

Also John and Michael do either of you know about any winter month policy in place that forbids landlords from evicting tenants?
