I have a lot of property management experience myself so I plan on managing my own properties, however, the goal is to build a team of awesome individuals who can support and elevate me to not have to manage all the properties once the portfolio grows; work on my business not in my business.

It takes time to build a pipeline so the right individual would need to be willing to spend this time learning the process and executing practical application.
