Or sometimes I offer the good ones $100 to do it themselves before I hire someone to come do it.

Or should I follow the route of buying out of state for cheaper and rent out (of course I’ll have to hire a company to manage it) but I still need to do lots and lots of research first but I thought I might as well ask on here for some insight and thoughts.
