Check with your estate planning attorney or probate attorney, however my first thought of reading your description, if it is factual, is the executor would not sell the house if you are the sole beneficiary....they would deed you the house and let you do whatever you want to do with it....keep it, rent it, sell it.

Obviously it's subjective what some people consider to be "some" or a "very little" amount of money, but I would imagine most wouldn't say that a range of $50,000 to $500,000 USD worth of crypto fit those descriptions.
