I'm asking from the perspective of me as the client of the builder.

While I have never lived west of 75, I have sold and assisted clients in purchasing numerous properties all over the West side of Hamilton County.

I’m new so forgive my ignorance.

Client bought a house several years ago.
Lived in it for a few years, mother got sick so he moved in with his mother to help her.

The property in question has been paid off for years...

just thinking out loud. had a client recently with pigeon issues. 

We have engaged an amazing bookkeeping company that has numerous real estate clients.

What I wrote above does not create an attorney/client relationship between us.

I think if I was banking on client representation as my #1 source of income i would flame out in about 5 minutes. 

Along with gathering information online, I've also been watching a ton of videos on youtube and that is how I stumbled across BiggerPockets.

My plan is to eventually own a few buildings to provide my retirement income, as well keep me personally involved in the real estate business.I have never owned a whole building before, but as I read books, gather knowledge, and talk to my friends that do own buidings, I feel comfortable with making this transition.
