The pricing in my area for this type of storage is generally $50 for outdoor storage, and $125 to $150 for covered storage with power for RVs and boats to maintain a trickle charge.

And if you sell you have the opportunity to start fresh with over $400K of cash to purchase cash flow. 

We replaced siding, windows, doors, flooring, trim, paint, light fixtures, interior hardware, installed HVAC, enclosed carport/storage to make a laundry room, repaired bathrooms, plumbing, and electric.

While they are a great brokerage, probably not the best fit for a fresh new agent that needs more coaching and guidance.

Put all of your important things into storage (the military will pay for that), and then find an AirBnB friendly cleaner and handyman.
