Answering the questions of personalization specifically, yes I think having your name on there stands out vs, homeowner or something like that. the concept of yellow letters or pink letters is to stand out as something the owner needs to pay attention to.

@Dev PaulI have heard from property managers along Destin/30A that long-term rentals are getting hard to come by, and some of the larger STR homes still standing just west of the major damage are being rented by contractors/workers/adjusters for months at a time without even a request for a lighter rate for their extended booking.

There are a handful of people that have pools but you see pools more with condos/townhomes that are being used as STR. 2) We are launching our STR around end of October / early November and it will be cooler and we are hoping this helps us stand out.3) We live 7 mins from the property and intend for the cleaners to help with draining / cleaning it and filling it back up as a part of the cleaning duties.

Although my Broker didn't do everything correct by standing behind its agent, and it is seriously in dereliction of asserting its rights to include its agent in negotiation, Opcity's fault lies in bait and switch the agents coming in by its website, and not showing the referral fee on the Opcity-Agent Agreement, and forcefully demanding 35% based on a referral fee schedule not suitable for NYC market.
