When it gets into rural properties and properties that don't quite fit like the one you describe, it's a bit tricky.

The neighborhoods of Boston include Allston, Brighton, Dorchester, East Boston, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Mattapan, Roslindale, Roxbury, South Boston and West Roxbury.

You don't get a 100% tax shelter, as it is a deemed disposition and pay somewhere in the neighborhood of 15%, which is much less than an outright withdrawal where you could pay your top tax rate of 50%+.  

But if you have several applicants meeting your criterias just pick the one you met and felt he/she would be a good fit for your property.

I was recently hired by a full service brokerage (leasing, property management, investor relations, acquistions, etc.) and they use the time during the 3 week accelerated prelicensed broker class to determine what role you fit best within the company.

I want to rebuild homes, update them and get people living in better conditions, overall bettering the neighborhoods and attract businesses.

Another person said to also look for the most "thought out", sometimes meaning longer, better punctuation, and the one most fitting to the question.

Those are great neighborhoods imho.
