I'm looking to get involved with some Real Estate investing.

Do they not know how to work it,is actually broken, or is it just a tight fit?

Is financing involved or are you a cash investor. 

Any tips, feedback, or people interested in this that would want to share some knowledge or even get involved with it let me hear from you. 

I'd suggest to contact craigslist ads looking for managers and see if you can fit into any of those.

wholesaling is not a full time gig and I'm not involved in it. 

My older sister is already wants to get involved and she's a stay at home mom, so this was a section of the business I was considering having her learn.

We're comfortable we've come up with a workable solution that fits these limits if we can just cut through some of the red tape and compete the project in under 12 months.I'm told the certification alone can take 6 months to a year.

I find the property values higher than I prefer, plus this city doesn't really fit some of my criteria. 

I also am involved with my church: a part of my focus is to develop leadership in the youth band as well as a young adult band.
