I have a feasible retirement plan that doesn't involve Alpo, I know where my money's going when I'm dead, I have years of runway set aside in case something happens to us.

With some of the lower prices it's feasible to put 25% down payments on properties.

Is it feasible to buy the property at a real low price, and put in the sweat equity to complete the tearing down of the home in order to gain the land value?
