I have seen too many people get burned in situations like this because they didn't do due diligence in checking out the property for comps, rents in the area, under estimated repairs.

On the mortgage side once in a while a firm gets burned for advertising that a 7/1 ARM is "fixed" for 7 years, since a consumer could misunderstand that as meaning it's a fixed rate mortgage.I probably wouldn't be as concerned about including a picture that happens to show the ramp.

I burn scrap lumber that isn't usable for anything, bricks, blocks, stone goes in my rubble pile and I use it on driveways, etc.

The CO would be gases that are unwanted mostly. basically every heating appliance that "burns" gas will cause CO.
