I was wondering if anyone has used this program or knows someone who has, and what their opinions on the product are?

Sure, you may be able to spend 500 hours reading for free on BP to get the same information, but you may also be able to get it from a good coaching product in 10 hours of reading.  

And, just like buying a car, it's all about price & terms, and the lenders - like the car dealers - need you to buy their product.

The market is/was insane here and I think it's more a product of luck/timing than strategy - I personally would stay away from buying an individual condo unless you're happy living in it (which is completely fine).

The general consensus was that there is no low cost leads and this is falsified info from evil gurus looking to sell you a product.

I'm considering going back to school to enhance my knowledge of real estate/finance and I'm wondering if the LLC route would legally by-pass Dodd-Frank for small business investors?

What financial product?

Too much competition from rookie investors who will over bid you every time, skimp on repair costs and put a bad product back on the market.  

All in all a very nice product.  

The primary goal for the insurance company when selling products like this is to make money for them, not for you.
