It's rational to be scared of success when you are so young and don't know the steps to take to get there.

To date they have paid out monthly like clockwork. 

As @Matthew Porcaro says, a big benefit of house hacking is that you are living in one unit and renting out the rest.

Apparently, they are owned by the 10x PM company and at this time we are inclined to work with 10x as our PM so it makes sense to consider the "Nailed It" construction company as long as I get some positive feedback here :-)

Auctions are quite possibly the worst place to buy if you want to avoid repairs.

@Dustin Seager if you are buying with hard money, then you will have to put it in an LLC.
