Some will tell you "On Title, or no experience", thankfully, there are some lenders who WILL consider GC experience if we can validate with permits pulled on similar addresses/projects - this would be part of the underwriting process.

@Lucas Moncada man if I had a dollar for every time someone thought they had a way to cheat the process...:)Recommend you first figure out the property Class you want to invest in, THEN figure out the corresponding location to invest in.When investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.

@Partap Aujla: understand your apprehensions, but not sure there's any easy solution:( If most PM's actually really reviewed their screening/credit report vendor agreements, I'd be surprised if they ALL didn't limit access of the data to only PMC employees.
