I am currently living in Germany and pursuing my master´s degree in engineering.A couple of months ago I have decided to get into real estates and have been educating myself in this area.I have set a timeline for starting my first project, by the summer of 2019, in which I want to execute in the city of Würzburg in Germany.However I am lacking the connections and mentoring needed in this area and was wondering if anyone could give me an advice.Thank you!!

There are a couple of ways to structure such a system (one per property, or Trust owning the LLC) that you could ask your attorney who assists you with these matters about.

The current (3 year)tenant is moving out Oct. 1st, and while I cash flow $400/month on it, I’m thinking I may want to sell it and use that $100k to buy a couple of duplexes instead.
