I need advice finding legit buyers seeking Hotels, Shopping Centers & 100+ Multi-Family units class A,B and C.

I'm willing to accept less, he wants to wait for more.The home is located near a huge shopping area and an Air Force base, and down the street from a decent elementary school.

In smaller communities, have heard stories of robberies with personal recoveries at the local flea market or pawn shop, but in Phoenix that is too big a job to chase.

Its presence is pulling some of its suppliers to set up shop close by.

There are many towns that have local real estate people meet up to talk shop, look for deals, look for mentors, etc. 

Can you do a detached storage/shop building in the back yard and stick with a two car garage?

When my wife had a bridal shop, she was approached to have a reality show episode filmed in her store.It was going to be completely scripted.A buddy of mine has friends who produce reality TV.  

Client owns a portion of an existing shopping center, and some of his portion is undeveloped (the “surplus property”).I attempted to buy the surplus property for my own development purposes, but I could not come to terms with the Seller.Seller (not a real estate guy) decided to attempt to self-develop the surplus.This is where my “Seller” became my “Client” as he hired me to handle the development for him.I’d put in a lot of time, but now the only way to monetize the opportunity was to pull out some consulting fees.He hired me (yes, we had a contract) to determine what to build, how much rent could be expected, to coordinate with the other tenants, navigate through the leases, the REA, etc.It now appears he is not going to pay me the last installment of my fee.Can I file a lien?
