From a normal standpoint as single investor/operator I would create LLC's for each asset of real estate I plan to develop and hold/sell.

My approach is to have a loan in process unlocked until we have normalized rates again...but someone else may have a different perspective.. 

I am 1000% sure he will be working with his tenants in many different ways to keep his business running smooth.. its a normal sentiment to want your rent paid, but reality is going to come into focus here.. there are simply good people that are not going to be able to pay..

That's for some tenants who do not pay on time, and a property I'm not collecting market rent for (normally rents at $2,600 but missed rental season so renting at $2,000).What should I do? 

Planning for some vacancy is normal.

Normally they would just leave them damaged but, the last two weeks they literally just disappeared.
