I can spend $100 and print business cards, knock on doors and be aggressive to find a good deal or I can attend a personal coaching and learn that I knock on doors, go to the title company and get the NODs, go to the courthouse and find the home address that I interested to invest in, etc etc.Yes, I owe it to the Personal Coaching for giving us some crucial details to START investing.

(if you have quickbooks- it tells you who needs them and you just stick a form in your printer and print them at year end- easy peesy) Have a professional set up your chart of accounts in quickbooks and get everything going.

I'd try googling for the map then find a printing shop (Kinko's, FedEx or a local company) that will blow it up for you and print it out.

Spreadsheets are also nice to print out and you can format them in a way that makes sense for the tenants as well in case you ever have to print out a rent ledger.
