That being said the beautiful thing about real estate is there is no one way to succeed or to make a deal in this industry.  

I still have a Multifamily Unit in my cross hairs but i feel this is a good tester for me to learn from.

It is quite an eyesore and not sure if I should invest in a rain garden landscaping to make it more beautiful.

Neither are boat people, they live there because it's beautiful and affordable.I think the tiny house and alternative living spaces are easier to manage in temperate places like Coastal CA.

But now her BF stays over occasionally and takes a shower in the morning before her, and she goes in after and hot water runs out in the middle of her shower.By the way she said she likes long showers 20+ minutes shaving, washing hair etc...Is a 30 gallon sufficient for a 1/1 in your opinion?  

We didn't walk away from a single property since 2008 and we're not going to.Finally, these houses and condos and towns are not your typical flip jobs with hair.

Just like you can go to a place like Cal Pines up in Altura's and buy a beautiful 1 acre buildable lot for less than 5k..
