One street could be beautiful, newer homes and high end apartments on the Inner Harbor but a block over I wouldn't get out of my car.

I would have focused the marketing on how beautiful the kitchen is versus distracting them from the kitchen with the foundation information. 

It’s beautiful, and we plan to turn it in to an investment property in the next few years.

Many insurance companies that do mobile homes, will not insure if it was built earlier than 1977 (40 years old), hence why they don't re-sell at very high prices, no matter how beautiful you make it.

The house is beautiful but only 3 bed/1 bath (all upstairs), main floor has all original hardwood flooring (living room, sunroom, formal dining and eat in kitchen) and the unfinshed basement  has laundry, storage, and an emergency toilet (no walls surrounding it lol).
