Can anyone provide their input on Latch access control systems?

I'd love to connect with some BP members that have already walked the path of long-distance real estate investing and talk through how they chose their market and how they set up systems that lead to their success. 

Especially being from MN, replacing outdated major appliances (depending on how outdated they are) like water heaters/HVAC systems before they give out is not a bad idea.

We are looking for one record keeping system for both our flipping project as well as our buy and hold properties...

They send percentages of each system, and pictures of each item given credit for, and also general pictures of the site and progress.

Does anyone have experience with Corporate Accounting that would be willing to train us to ensure our system is set up properly?

Depending on the lake you'll have municipal water and sewer or you may need a well and a holding tank - can't do a spectic system near a lake.I would not build it too specific for airbnb, keep resale value in mind and follow mainstream trends.
