Both are cold and beaten down due to covid. 

The area south of Cermak remains a gang hot bed and doesn't show much as far as that improving anytime soon - shootings happen day or night, cold or warm weather, and in plain sight of bystanders.

Was it an issue of performance anxiety?

I've been told by HVAC guys that heat pumps don't work when temps get very cold.

Also, I have a knack for cold calling.
