Now I'm not advocating that you go out willy-nilly buying every piece of real estate in the hopes that you'll have a winner in there but my point is that you have to do the best you can, do the deals that you think have a low probability of being a loser and gain experience that will give you the skills and the access to the home runs and grand slams.If you read the books and follow the blogs and even some forum posts you might think that everybody hits home runs on their first try. 

Even people who can still afford to vacation will find a less expensive/more accessible place to go.Or, as @Lucas Carl mentioned, large properties designed for groups will probably take a big hit, as it'll be harder for all parties to spend the money to vacation together.I feel pretty secure with mine.  

I currently have about $70k in equity from other properties and access to another $30k in cash.Coming up with the other $300k for the temporary flip is the challenge.The online auction keeps getting relisted and is quite the tease.

That can get real messy real fast in the IRA space when disqualified parties are involved.My bigger question is one of why? 

They give you unlimited access to their database of phone numbers and emails for a flat fee (~$1k per year).

Since I have ready access to a laptop and desktop, I use the computers as I can't use the iPhone to follow up on my discussions due to this change. 

Is there a way to access this from public records without knowing the address of the properties? 

If they have to do a u-turn or do multiple steps to get into a place it is a major deterrent versus a middle turn lane without a concrete median.Check any road widening projects in the area as that could take existing parking spaces from the property you are looking at by eminent domain.

You can see the hospital but it takes a 10 min drive through the hood and around access roads to get there.

Basement sqf is usually not counted as living space for appraisals.
