I live in the foothills of Henderson, by Lake Las Vegas, and befriended a GC who's been building homes for his investor in my area in the recent years.

Personally, being born and raised in CA,I left two times due to cost of living,and cost of doing business.Instead of LA I would recommend Vegas,BUT WAIT WAIT WAIT for this CRASH!
