@Shadonna N.If your not already in the portal, you will have to fill out a few forms with contact info, bank info etc, and then expect to not get paid for at least 30-60 days initially, they will pay the back rent, but that's how long it takes to get in their system.

I say almost never because I'm sure there are scenarios that it works out but I'm just not experienced enough to try and bank on those kind of deals.

Apparently they messed up and the property was foreclosed by the county and was then forwarded over to the Land Bank.

If the borrower will have seven to ten financed properties, the mortgage loan must have a minimum representative credit score of 720; all other standard eligibility policies apply.There are plenty of banks and lenders out there that will follow Fannie exactly so you shouldn't have an issue going up to ten investment properties.
