I've found two individuals that are selling a 29 house package deal about a hour away from where I live.

FYI it's Big Brother mentality and the US Govt is really putting the screws on individual freedoms when it comes to what you want to do with your money.

monitor the gas, water, electric and door locks, maybe even cameras too, (cameras is what i do for a living).My utilities are not separate, so I'd like to monitor them individually, so i might as well make the meters smart.  

-15 Mobile homes all on individual lots and fully rented- Sewer/Water by the city and metered to the tenant- Rent for $450 each- Average lots in the area rent for $175 and homes this size $475- All 15 homes are located on the same road next to one another- 2.3 miles to walmart and city population of 61kQuestion:  Since these aren't in a "park" would you still value them the same way?

While Zillow can be almost humorous on individual properties, I think their is some merit in their numbers overall. 

This is where I personally would rather put my $, but I don' tell anybody what to do with theirs, as it's all up to the individual and what makes sense to them?

Luckily there are sites like Nickel Steamroller, Lendvious and PeerCube that have built systems for an individual to also invest parametrically.

Thanks for all the reply, I know the best way to get the best answer is to ask a CPA but the one I talked to have no answer for me - she only told me "depends on the just situation".To clarify a few things to make my point/question clear. 1) This is all done by a Corporation - NOT as a person/individual.

It probably wont be all that expensive and will save you numerous headaches. 

I have a database of circa 450 names in excel and want to mail merge them into letters but don't obviously want to have to print all of them out individually and do the envelopes etc. manually.Thanks in advance
